Two club Members exhibited their vehicles on the Wolseley Register stand at the Bristol Classic Car Show this year.
Brian Eley has been a member of the Wolseley Register continuously since 1969, currently owning 2 examples of the marque. This year Brian showed his recently restored 1939 12/48 Series III. The car has been in the Eley family since his grandfather purchased it but had been extensively repaired and restored following recent damage. The car received many admiring comments throughout the weekend.
Andy Plummer joined the Register in 2015 after purchasing his 1927 E4 11/22 which is in very original condition. Andy is enthusiastic about his acquisition and has been researching its history along with other examples of the model.
Many members and visitors were welcomed to the stand over the two-day event. Thanks to both exhibitors and their families for bringing their excellent examples of the Wolseley marque. Technical queries were answered and the owner of a 6/110 which was displayed in the classic car park joined the Register at the Show.
