Footman James Classic Vehicle Restoration Show, 5-6 November 2016

Bath & Western Showground, Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

The Wolseley Register once again put on a club stand at this well-attended weekend event which many visitors took the opportunity of attending in their classic cars.

Two fine local examples of restored 1950’s models were displayed on the Register stand in the Showering Pavilion and much admired:

Finished in her original colour, the 15/50 is used regularly and can be seen at local Shows and Rallies.  The Somerset-based owners always attend the Wolseley Register National Rally wherever in the country it is held, and their 15/50 is often placed highly in its class, having attained 2nd place at the last two National Rallies.

A rare 1913 Wolseley 16/20 exhibited by a firm of classic and sports car trimmers was deservedly given the award of “Most Interesting Exhibit”.
