The quite delightful example we offer here has a lovely story to tell. The Wolseley was built between th 27th of February and the 6th of March 1951 and dispatched to T.H.Nice and Co of Cambridge on the 7th of March the same year. The car was then registered to a Mr. Lunniss of Newmarket on the 9th of March 1951. The car then had just 3 owners until 1998. The present mileage reading is 69,000 miles, it would be nice to think that reading was correct but apart from MOTs that go back to 2003 we have no other evidence to back this up, therefore it would be wise to assume that it is not the mileage covered by the car from new but let your eyes be the judge. The car drives extremely well and starts on the button. I would say the car has been restored in past but certainly the car presents very well with good paintwork and chrome. The comes with an extensive history file which includes a British Motor Heritage Certificate, original buff log book, older MOTs, tax discs and what looks like it’s original drivers hand book.
