Sold due to new project and lack of space
A true “barn find”, it had been sleeping in a garage for over 70 years. Completely overhauled mechanics with repair of the connecting rod bearings and grinding of the crankshaft, replacement of pistons and segments. Functional Jackall. No corrosion. upholstery in good condition, tyres 12000 miles.
Purchased at 18,500 miles in 2018, the car is driven every day (it’s my only car). It now shows 30,000 miles.

FOR SALE 1938 WOLSELEY 12/48 Series III (known to club)
Dry stored since last used for Lord Mayor’s Parade circa 1975.
Car is a complete and original early Series III car in remarkable condition. No external signs of rusting but in need of careful re-conditioning, standing on deflated tyres and complete, original but unknown engine condition. Car is in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
