I am reluctantly selling my Wolseley 4/44, 1250cc, due to too many cars and not enough space! Bought from Beaulieu Autojumble in 2012, had been a barn find and dry stored for over 40 years. Has original black patina paintwork with original leather trim but will need some repairs on front seats. All original dash with Wolseley design controls. Has trafficators but not working, and has indicators on bumper. Will need new sills, some welding under front wheel arches, some patching required to bottom rear doors. It has a temporary fuel tank as tank needs cleaning or replacing. Car runs, brakes and clutch both work, some wiring needs attention. Original jack and wheel spanner.

Registration plate is JUN 15. Vehicle is classed as historic vehicle. Registered 5th May 1953. Chassis type NAA13-959. First registered by Braid Bros of Colwyn Bay and sold May 1953. It has had 4 previous owners. I have the original log book, V5C, last mot which expired 12.6.70 showing recorded mileage 37,060 plus 502 miles recorded by myself. Last tax disc May 1969.
£3995 ono.

This particular example has been restored to an exceptional standard undergoing a full strip down and rebuild during 2021 and went on to win an award for ‘best car’ at the NEC show in 2024. It has seen occasional use as a wedding car, for which it is ideally suited with its magnificent full internal refurbishment. Viewing is strongly recommended, and any test or inspection is welcome’.
All elements of this restoration has been carried out with keeping its original characteristics in forefront of mind. The quality is outstanding and is a must see!.
