If you Google “wolseley 15 a9 images”, you should find a few pictures of these cars. There are not many around these days.

Our List of Recorded Vehicles suggests that there are 15 known survivors of this model spread around the world. One appears to be owned by a member in the UK, but I’m afraid that you need to be a member of the club to access other members. Members also have access to technical advisers within the club who might be able to help or suggest technical solutions if required.
You obviously need to be aware that with the rarity and age of these models, that you need to be in a position to make or have made parts yourself, as there is unlikely to be any spares availability for them!

I am an Englishman , but have lived in the USA for thirty years, I have amongst my vintage cars a 1921 Wolseley 15 hp A9 that I have owned since 1974 Its UK registation is YA 780 and I am the third owner, The car was maroon when I acquired it and I have retained that color although the original colour was green. I rallied the car most weekende in the summer before I was transferred to the USA in 1992. The car was origionally purchased by a farmer in Uphill outside of Weston Super Mare , (Where I was Born). The history I have is that he used it until 1927 when a bus service passed his farm so he put the car in a dutch barn where it stayed until 1964 when it was aquired by a Mr Burge, who re-commissioned it and used to take his wife to the local pub. He apparently had several vintage vehicles mainly Rolls Royces. When I first saw the car it was in the showrooms of Vincents of Yeovil , from whom it was purchased in 1921 by the farmer, to help launch the Wolseley princess model. I purchased the car from Mr Burge’s widow, The car never let me down and although I have looked foe spares for thirty years I have onlyt found electrical spares. The car is exactly as all pictures of the model except that it has a racked windscreen whereas all pictures and adverts show a perpendicular one.

Thanks for the update David, that is very interesting!
We are (were) aware of your actual car although we had no history of it prior to your update. Our last record of it had it residing in Avon, so I guess that might have been the 2nd owner?
