My partner used to have a Wolseley Series 3 1248 registration number KAF 488. He spent quite a considerable time restoring this car and unfortunately had to sell it to raise the deposit for his house. He sold it to a garage in Newquay, Cornwall, about 1985/86. He would love to know what happened to it and to see if it is as cherished as it was when he owned it. Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.

There is no record of the car or registration number on a data base here Lorrayne however it may still exist and could possibly have been exported.
As far as I can tell the number has not been transferred to another vehicle.

It’s on eBay for sale now! Same reg, in Helston Cornwall. Owner says they bought it in 1988.
Just search Wolseley 12 classic/vintage car.
