THIS SHOP PRODUCT IS FOR RALLY PARTICIPANTS WHO WISH TO BOOK FOR THE POST-RALLY HOT AND COLD BUFFET BEING SERVED AT BEAMISH PARK HOTEL, Beamish Burn Road, Marley Hill NE16 5EG FROM 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm ON SUNDAY 17 AUGUST 2025
The Sunday Evening post-rally buffet will be served in the Garden Room at Beamish Park Hotel – MAX 60 PLACES
Buffet Menu
Selection of Freshly Cut Sandwiches (including Vegetarian)
Individual Quiche (including Vegetarian)
Roasted Style Chicken Breast Kebab
Selection of Homemade Stone-Baked Pizza
Spiced Potato Wedges with Sweet Chilli Dip or Garlic Bread Slices
Dressed Salad Leaves
Use this option to pay for number of Sunday buffets required at £22 pp – add number of items equal to number of meals being paid for.
Please advise any dietary requirements when booking and the hotel will provide appropriate options on the buffet to meet these requirements.
The bar will be open all evening for service of drinks and beverages.
NB: The full amount is required in advance to secure places. Sunday evening buffet bookings will close on 14 July 2025 when final numbers will be advised to Beamish Park Hotel.
Two other shop products are available for the Saturday Evening Rally Dinner at 2 or 3 courses which can be pre-booked up to 14 July 2025.
A separate shop product is available for Vehicle Entries which can be pre-booked and paid for online up to 1 August 2025.
