Do you want your purchase posted overseas?– Please e-mail the Regalia Manager, stating which products you wish to purchase and where they are to be delivered to. You will be informed of the cost, after which please include the ‘Overseas Postage’ product along with your other product selection. There are two ‘Overseas Postage’ products valued at £1 and £5 per unit, so in your cart, please use whichever is most convenient and increase the number of units until their total value equates to the postage quoted by the Regalia Manager. Finally, select ‘Local Pick Up’ to ensure that the standard UK postage rate is not added on top of your order.
Do you have a Discount Voucher? – Please e-mail the Regalia Manager stating both your membership number and your voucher number. You will be informed of the coupon code which you can then enter on the Cart page. NB: Discount can only be applied to full price items.
Are you attending an event where the Wolseley Register will be represented?– Visit the Register stand at Shows and events to view the full range of merchandise in person. Garments or other items can be pre-ordered for collection at any event where the Register has a club presence. Please e-mail the Regalia Manager, to arrange and mark orders “for local pick up” to avoid shipping charges.
Delivery – Orders are despatched as soon as possible, normally by UK second class post or Airmail for overseas, as soon as payment is confirmed. If there is likely to be a delay e.g. for any products which are not in stock, the customer will be advised accordingly. When the goods have been mailed the order will be marked as “complete” and the customer will receive an automated message confirming this. All delivery enquiries should be raised with the Regalia Manager.
