complete BMC C-Series 2,912cc straight-six engine, engine type 29AW, together with its Borg-Warner automatic transmission.

This is the earlier 4-main-bearing C-Series engine, as used in the Wolseley 6/110 / Austin A110 Westminster family. Naturally, the actual internal condition and wear of this particular engine have not been measured.
The engine is complete as shown in the photographs and comes with the Borg-Warner automatic gearbox. It was stored dry and the engine still turns freely by hand. It has not been run recently and is therefore offered as an engine for inspection/recommissioning or rebuilding.
